摘要
医院发展已步入新成本时代,成本管理在医院运营管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。对深圳S医院成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,介绍了医院应对这些问题所进行的工作规划以及医院推进成本管理机制建设升级、构建医院成本管理与5大运营管理相结合管理体制取得的成效,为其他医院提供可借鉴的成本管理机制建设升级的经验。
Hospital development has stepped into the new cost era,cost management is playing an increasingly important role in hospital operation management.It analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of Shenzhen S Hospital and introduces in detail the work planning of the hospital to deal with these problems,as well as the related effects of the hospital to promote the upgrading of cost management mechanism,and the construction of the hospital cost management and five operations management combined management system.These provide other hospitals the experience of cost management mechanism construction and upgrading.
