摘要
目的探讨基于马斯洛需求层次理论的结构性宣教在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的300例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于马斯洛需求层次理论的结构性宣教。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的疾病知识知晓率、手术治疗配合度、护理干预配合度、对医护人员信任度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术后卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组,一次性取石成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需求层次理论的结构性宣教在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果良好,可提高健康宣教效果及护理满意度,减少负性情绪,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of structural education based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 300 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given structural education based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge,cooperation degree of surgical treatment,cooperation degree of nursing intervention and trust in medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative bed rest time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the treatment cost was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of one-time stone removal was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The structural education based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy has good application effect,it can improve the effect of health education and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical application.
