摘要
目的分析复发性精神分裂症患者的生活质量状况及影响因素。方法选取2017年2月—2020年2月在杭州市第七人民医院住院的复发性精神分裂症患者82例为研究对象,对患者的生活质量状况进行调查,并分析影响患者生活质量的相关因素。结果患者在生理、心理、社会关系和环境各领域的得分明显低于中国常模(均P<0.01)。在生理和心理领域,初中及以下文化程度患者的得分明显低于高中及以上文化程度患者(均P<0.05);在社会关系领域,女性、无职业患者得分分别明显低于男性、有职业患者(均P<0.05);在环境领域,女性、无职业、初中及以下文化程度患者的得分分别明显低于男性、有职业、高中及以上文化程度的患者(均P<0.05)。患者社会支持与生理领域、心理领域及环境领域呈正相关关系(均P<0.05),家庭关怀指数同各研究领域具有明显正相关性(P<0.01);服药依从性与生理和心理领域呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示性别、文化程度、社会支持、职业情况、家庭关怀指数、服药依从性是影响患者生活质量的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论复发性精神分裂症患者的生活质量低于常模水平,性别、家庭关怀指数、社会支持、文化程度、服药依从性、职业情况是影响患者生活质量的主要因素。
Objective To analyse the quality of life of patients with recurrent schizophrenia and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 82 patients with recurrent schizophrenia in Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The quality of life status of the patients and the related factors affecting the quality of life of the patients were investigated.Results Compared with the Chinese norm,the scores of the patients in physiological,psychological,social relationship and environment were significantly lower(all P<0.01).In the fields of physiology and psychology,the scores of patients with junior high school education or below were significantly lower than those with senior high school education or above(all P<0.05).In terms of social relationship,the scores of female and non-occupational patients were significantly lower than those of male and occupational patients(all P<0.05).On the basis of the environment,the scores of females,non-occupational,junior high school or below education level were significantly lower than those of males,occupational,senior high school or above education level(all P<0.05).The social support of patients was positively correlated with physiological field,psychological field and environmental field(all P<0.05),and the family care index was significantly positively correlated with each research field(P<0.01).Drug compliance was positively correlated with the physiological and psychological fields(P<0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender,education level,social support,occupation,family care index and medication compliance were the main factors affecting patients'quality of life(all P<0.05).Conclusion Quality of life in patients with recurrent schizophrenia is below the norm.Gender,family care index,social support,education level,medication compliance and occupational status were the main factors affecting patients'quality of life.
