边界扫描技术在某雷达控制模块测试中的应用

摘要 介绍了边界扫描测试技术的应用,实现对雷达控制模块的自动化测试和故障自动化诊断判故分析。其工作原理是通过在雷达控制模块中组建集成测试系统,采用虚拟探针代替物理探针,测试数据同物理数据比对采用边界扫描技术模拟相关模块性能指标。解决了模块化高密度系统集成电路的可测试性设计与测试诊断,使其高速数字器件、接口(含VPX、光网、串口及网络)和电源达到适配自动监测、数据采集,通过边界数据库解决测试中器件数字电路逻辑运算、信号显示、故障隔离,为雷达控制模块高密度数字电路提供新的测试工艺。该技术具有一定的实用性,极大提高了模块测试的准确性。 The application of boundary scan(BS)test technology is introduced,the boundary scan test technology can realize the automatic test and fault diagnosis analysis in the radar control module.Its works through the establishment of an integrated test system in the radar control module,using virtual probes instead of physical probes,and comparing test data with physical data using boundary scan technology to simulate the performance indicators of related modules.It solves the testability design and test diagnosis of modular high-density system integrated circuits,so that high-speed digital devices,interfaces(including VPX,optical network,serial port and network)and power supplies can be automatically monitored,data collected.The logic operation,the signal display,and the fault isolation of the digital circuit in the test are solved the BS database,so as to provide a new test process for high-density digital circuits such as radar control modules.This technology has certain practicability and greatly improves the accuracy of module testing.
