摘要
“十四五”期间,中国将加快构建新发展格局,以国内国外双循环经济结构为主,进一步提升区域产业链,加密高铁网络,促进经济带效能提升。以2005—2017年京广高铁沿线城市的相关数据为样本,利用区位熵和就业密度分析城市的物流业发展现状,运用PSM-DID分析高铁通车后对沿线城市物流的聚集影响。数据显示,高铁对沿线城市物流业集聚的影响作用是显著的,但是对制度环境,城市规模以及基础设施水平的影响均不明显;高铁对沿线城市物流业集聚的影响在不同规模的城市间存在显著的差异,对特大城市和中小城市而言,具有显著的影响;对于大城市,高铁开通促进了物流业集聚水平,但是影响并不显著。
During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,China will accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,and will focus on domestic and foreign dual circulation economic structures,further enhance the regional industrial chain,strengthen the high-speed rail network,and promote the efficiency improvement of the economic belt.By collecting data of cities from 2005 to2017,this paper analyzes the development status of urban logistics industry by using location entropy and employment density,and uses PSM-DID to study the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the agglomeration of urban logistics along the line.The results show that the impact of high-speed rail on the agglomeration of logistics industry in cities along the line is significant,but the impact of the institutional environment,city size and infrastructure level is not obvious.There are significant differences in the impact of high-speed railway on logistics industry agglomeration in cities of different sizes.For megacities and small and mediumsized cities,it has a significant impact.In big cities,the opening of high-speed railway promotes the level of logistics industry agglomeration,but the impact is not significant.
