摘要
目的分析杭州市钱塘新区家长认知对适龄儿童窝沟封闭执行情况的影响因素。方法对2015—2018年杭州市钱塘新区参加窝沟封闭的19所中小学学校中的14所开展研究。调查二、三级小学生窝沟封闭情况以及家长对窝沟封闭项目的认知度、满意度及其影响因素,分析家长认知度对儿童窝沟封闭执行率的影响。结果儿童窝沟封闭率为100.00%,窝沟封闭1年完好率为75.14%;81.33%的家长对窝沟封闭有一定了解,77.67%的家长认为窝沟封闭能有效预防龋齿;家长对窝沟封闭项目的满意度为82.33%。不同学历、职业的家长对窝沟封闭项目的认知度及满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长认知度与儿童窝沟封闭执行率呈正相关(r=0.815,P<0.05)。结论2015—2018年杭州市钱塘新区14所参加窝沟封闭项目的学校实施效果较好,家长对窝沟封闭项目的认知度及满意度均较高;家长认知度与儿童窝沟封闭执行率呈正相关关系。相关部门应加大对窝沟封闭项目的宣教力度,保障儿童口腔健康。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of parents’cognition of school-age children on the implementation of pit and fissure sealing in Qiantang New District,Hangzhou City.Methods 14 out of 19 primary and secondary schools in Qiantang New District,Hangzhou City,who had participated in pit and ditch closure from 2015 to 2018 were studied.The situation of two or three grade primary school children’s pit and fissure sealing,parents’awareness and satisfaction of pit and fissure sealing project,and its influencing factors were investigated.The influence of parents’awareness on the implementation rate of children’s pit and fissure sealing was analyzed.Results The rate of pit and fissure sealing in children was 100.00%,and the perfect rate of pit and fissure sealing in 1 year was 75.14%.81.33%parents had some understanding of pit and fissure seal.77.67%parents believed that pit and fissure sealing could effectively prevent dental caries.The parents’satisfaction with pit and fissure sealing was 82.33%.There was statistically significant defference of parents’awareness and satisfaction of pit and fissure sealing project background and occupations(P<0.05).Parents’awareness was positively correlated with the implementation rate of pit and fissure sealing in children(r=0.815,P<0.05).Conclusion From 2015 to 2018,the implementation effect of the 14 schools participating in the pit and fissure sealing program in Qiantang New District,Hangzhou City is good,and parents’awareness and satisfaction of the pit and fissure sealing program is high.Parents’awareness is positively correlated with the implementation rate of pit and fissure sealing.Related departments should strengthen the publicity of pit and fissure sealing project to guarantee children’s dental health.
