摘要
目的探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合心理干预治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁症临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的70例肿瘤相关性抑郁症患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各35例。对照组口服艾司西酞普兰片,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上口服柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合心理干预。2组均治疗28d。采用24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)、中医证候积分及Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)进行评分,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.28%(33/35),对照组总有效率为77.14%(27/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组HAMD-24评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),且KPS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率8.57%(3/35),对照组不良反应发生率11.43%(4/35),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合心理干预可有效减轻肿瘤患者的抑郁程度,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell with psychological intervention in the treatment of tumor-related depression.Methods Seventy cases of tumor-related depression in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given escitalopram tablets,and the treatment group was given Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The clinical effect was evaluated by Hamilton depression scale-24(HAMD-24),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and Kamofsky performance status(KPS)score.Results The total effective rates were 94.28%(33/35)in the treatment group and 77.14%(27/35)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD-24 score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and KPS score was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions were 8.57%(3/35)in the treatment group and 11.43%(4/35)in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell with psychological intervention can effectively reduce the degree of depression,and improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of tumor patients.
