建筑隔热涂料的隔热机理及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在双碳节能的大形势下,建筑隔热技术也得到越来越多的重视。介绍了热辐射原理、太阳光谱与辐射能分布及建筑材料反射比、辐射率等光热性能。对比分析了现有隔热涂料标准技术指标,提出大部分高反射材料能够满足标准要求的高辐射率,建筑节能设计时应采用太阳光直接反射比作为隔热评价指标,节能验收时可用外墙或屋面太阳光直接反射比现场测试值进行评价。进行了建筑隔热机理分析,提出以高反射比为主且厚度不大于10 mm的涂料应为隔热涂料,不宜称为保温涂料,低辐射隔热涂料减少了辐射到室内的热量,有利于节能与提高室内热舒适,建议开展低辐射隔热涂料的研究。 Building thermal insulating technology gets more and more attention under the situation of emission peak and carbon neutralization. The principle of thermal radiation, solar spectrum and radiant energy distribution are introduced, as well as the optical and thermal properties of building paints including reflectivity and emittance. The existing standard technical indexes of thermal insulating coatings are compared and analyzed, and most high reflective materials can meet the requirements of high radiation. The solar direct reflectivity should be as the thermal insulating evaluation parameter during construction energy conservation design period. The external walls and roofing can be estimated by field inspection of solar direct reflectivity, in the acceptance process for construction quality of energy saving. The thermal insulation mechanism of buildings is analyzed, and the coating with high reflectivity and thickness less than 10 mm should be called thermal insulating coating, not heat preservation paint. Low radiation thermal insulation coating can reduce the heat radiated to the interior, which is beneficial to energy saving and indoor thermal comfort. It is suggested to carry out the research on low radiation thermal insulation coatings.
