摘要
目的分析2011-2020年河南省法定传染病报告发病情况和疾病谱。方法收集河南省卫生健康委员会官网信息公开的法定传染病疫情数据和河南省统计年鉴人口数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2011-2020年河南省共报告法定传染病4399212例,年均报告发病率为452.46/10万;累计报告死亡数15040例,年均报告死亡率1.55/10万,报告病死率0.34%。甲、乙、丙类传染病年均报告发病率分别为0.005/100万、240.50/10万、211.96/10万。按照主要传播途径,年均报告发病率从高到低依次为肠道传染病(158.28/10万)、血液及性传播传染病(150.80/10万)、呼吸道传染病(136.61/10万)、虫媒及自然疫源性传染病(4.04/10万)、其他传播途径传染病(2.74/10万)。年均报告发病率前五位的疾病依次是乙型肝炎(93.16/10万)、手足口病(83.95/10万)、肺结核(67.29/10万)、其它感染性腹泻病(59.28/10万)、流行性感冒(47.27/10万)。乙型肝炎、手足口病、肺结核、其它感染性腹泻病发病率顺位在2011-2020年均处于前五位。结论2011-2020年河南省法定传染病疾病谱未发生明显变化,建议继续加强乙型肝炎、手足口病、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性感冒等法定传染病的防控。
Objective To analyze the reported incidence and spectrum of notifiable infectious diseases in Henan province from2011 to 2020.Methods The epidemic situation data of notifiable infectious diseases disclosed on the official website of Henan Provincial Health Commission and the population data of Henan Statistical Yearbook were collected,and the descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis.Results From 2011 to 2020,a total of 4399212 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Henan province,with an average annual reported incidence rate of 452.46/10^(5).The cumulative number of reported deaths was 15040 cases,the average annual reported mortality rate was 1.55/10^(5)million,and the reported case fatality rate was 0.34%.The average annual reported incidence rates of Class A,B and C infectious diseases were 0.005/million,240.50/10^(5)and 211.96/10^(5),respectively.According to the main routes of transmission,the average annual reported incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was the highest(158.28/10^(5)),followed by blood and sexually transmitted infectious diseases(150.80/10^(5)),respiratory infectious diseases(136.61/10^(5)),insect-borne and natural focal infectious diseases(4.04/10^(5)),and infectious diseases of other transmission routes(2.74/10^(5)).The top five diseases with reported annual incidence were hepatitis B(93.16/10^(5)),hand-foot-and-mouth disease(83.95/10^(5)),tuberculosis(67.29/10^(5)),other infectious diarrhoeal diseases(59.28/10^(5)),and influenza(47.27/10^(5)).The incidence of hepatitis B,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,tuberculosis,and other infectious diarrheal diseases was ranked in the top five from 2011 to 2020.Conclusion From 2011 to 2020,there was no significant change in the spectrum of notifiable infectious diseases in Henan province,and it is recommended to keep strengthening the prevention and control of notifiable infectious diseases such as hepatitis B,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,tuberculosis,other infectious diarrheal diseases and influenza.
