复杂零件增减材复合制造精度控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对增减材制造中,增材制造成形精度差,减材制造非线性误差大等现象,在增减材制造坐标系协同的基础上,增材制造时,通过保持激光熔履头喷嘴轴向矢量方向与包络层切面平行,控制成形精度。减材制造时,通过合理选择刀具、刀具初始角、刀具摆角等对非线性误差进行控制来提高复杂零件增减材复合制造轮廓精度,并进行试验验证。结果表明,采用该方法后,增减材复合制造零件轮廓精度平均提高了3%~6%,实现了复杂零件低损耗、高精度增减材可控制造。 In view of the phenomenon of poor forming accuracy of additive manufacturing and large nonlinear error of subtraction manufacturing,on the basis of coordination of the adding and subtracting material manufacturing coordinates,the forming accuracy is controlled in addition manufacturing by keeping the axial vector direction of laser cladding nozzle parallel to the envelope plane.While in subtraction manufacturing,the nonlinear error is also controlled through selecting the reasonable tools,tool initial angles and tool pendulum angles so as to improve the contour accuracy of composite manufacturing of adding and subtracting materials for complex parts,and then test verification is conducted.The results show that this method averagely increases 3-6%of contour accuracy of adding and subtracting composite manufacturing parts and achieves the controllable construction of low loss and high-precision addition and subtraction for complex parts.
