摘要
锌铝镁镀层产品具有性能优异、用途广泛、工艺环保和成本低等诸多优势,正在逐步替代热镀锌产品。本文对主要国内外锌铝镁产品标准进行了介绍和梳理,比较了各标准的特点。另外基于锌铝镁产品在国内汽车用途上刚刚起步,本文还重点对国外主要汽车厂商锌铝镁镀层产品标准要求进行了剖析。下一步尽快组织实施锌铝镁产品主要行业的应用标准,同时尽快将锌铝镁合金镀层产品纳入到国标GB/T 2518,以推动整个涂镀层产业链升级。
Zn-Al-Mg coating products have many advantages of excellent performance,wide use,environmental protection process and low cost,and are gradually replacing hot dip galvanized products.In this paper,the main domestic and foreign Zn-Al-Mg product standards are introduced and sorted out,and the characteristics of each standard are compared.In addition,based on Zn-Al-Mg products in domestic automotive applications just started,this paper also focuses on the main foreign automobile manufacturers Zn-Al-Mg coating product standard requirements are analyzed.The next step is to organize and implement the application standards of main industries of Zn-Al-Mg products as soon as possible,and meanwhile incorporate into international standard GB/T 2518 to promote the upgrading of the whole coating industry chain.
