摘要
模具加工在航空航天类产品生产中发挥的作用越来越重要。通过对模具加工过程进行研究,分析了其超差原因,提出了减少加工超差的相关措施,能提高模具加工的合格率,为将来模具规范加工提供了依据。
Mold processing plays an increasingly important role in the production of aerospace products. Through the research on the mold processing process, the causes of product out of tolerance are analyzed, and the relevant measures to reduce the out of tolerance are put forward,which can improve the qualified rate of mold processing and provide a basis for the standardized processing of mold in the future.
