摘要
依据阶梯冲裁分级原则,对冲裁孔位等级分布原则、分布规律,进行系统理论分析,实际方案设计时,可以直接参考分级公式进行。在一定程度上解决厂家由于压力机吨位过小无法满足高强钢材质纵梁生产的难题.同时该冲孔模冲裁分级方法,可以降低冲裁造成的机床、模具的振动,对提高设备寿命有显著作用。
According to the principle of step blanking and grading, the principle and law of the grading distribution of hedge cutting holes are analyzed systematically. In the actual scheme design, the grading formula can be directly referred to. To a certain extent, it solves the problem that the press cannot meet the high strength steel stringer production due to its too small tonnage.At the same time, the piercing die punching classification method can reduce the vibration of machine tools and die caused by punching, and has a significant effect on improving the service life of equipment.
