摘要
针对电力系统中的过电压问题,对过电压保护装置进行分析,设计了一种可控避雷器的晶闸管开关,充分利用了电压过零触发、电流过零切除、开关无触点、响应速度快等晶闸管特性。和机械断路器相比,晶闸管开关的操作寿命几乎是无限的,而且晶闸管的投切时刻可精确控制,以减少投切时的冲击电流和操作过电压。通过仿真和各项试验,充分验证了晶闸管开关系统的稳定性、可靠性和安全性,为过电压保护装置结构提供一种设计方法。
In order to solve the overvoltage problem in the power system,the overvoltage protection device is analyzed.A thyristor switch with controllable arrester is designed,which makes full use of the characteristics of thyristor,such as voltage zero crossing trigger,current zero crossing cut-off,switch non-contact,fast response and so on.Compared with mechanical circuit breaker,the operating life of thyristor switch is almost unlimited,and the switching time of thyristor can be accurately controlled to reduce the impulse current and operating overvoltage during switching.Through simulation and various tests,the stability,reliability and safety of thyristor switching system are fully verified,which provides a design method for the structure of overvoltage protection device.
