摘要
碳纤维复合材料气瓶在循环充放气等复杂服役工况下易发生疲劳开裂、泄漏等损伤,需要及时监测和预警。通过声发射方法在线监测循环载荷作用后的复合材料气瓶升压-保压过程,分析声发射信号特征参量,探究气瓶损伤声发射检测定位与气瓶损伤位置关系,并对出现泄漏失效的气瓶进行渗透检测、目视检查和相控阵超声检测。试验及分析结果表明,声发射监测能够准确识别复合材料气瓶疲劳开裂、泄漏等损伤,撞击数、计数、能量、定位信息等声发射监测数据能够作为气瓶损伤发生时间和位置的判据,渗透检测、目视检查和相控阵超声检测方法进一步验证了声发射监测判据的准确性。
Carbon fiber composite gas cylinders are prone to fatigue cracking,leakage and other damage under complex service conditions,such as cyclic charging and discharging,which requires timely monitoring and early warning.The pressure-boosting and pressure-holding process of composite gas cylinders after cyclic loading was monitored online by acoustic emission method.The characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signals were analyzed and the relationship between acoustic emission location information of the damage and damage location of gas cylinders was explored.Then,the penetrant test,visual inspection and phased array ultrasonic detection of gas cylinders with leakage failure were compared.The testing and analysis results show that the acoustic emission monitoring can accurately identify damages of the composite cylinders,such as fatigue cracking,leakage.The impact number,count,energy,location information and other acoustic emission monitoring data can be used as a criterion for occurring time and location of the cylinder damage.Finally,the accuracy of acoustic emission monitoring criterion is verified by the penetrant test,visual inspection and phased array ultrasonic testing method.
