摘要
基于河南省农户问卷调查数据,采用Logit模型,将经济维度的“贫”和社会发展维度的“困”纳入相对贫困指标体系,分析宗族参与对农户相对贫困缓解的影响,并进一步探究其作用机制。结果表明:宗族参与能有效缓解农户相对贫困,且无论是经济相对贫困抑或是社会相对贫困,宗族参与均发挥不同程度的缓解作用,该结果通过稳健性检验;社会支持在宗族参与对农户相对贫困及其经济相对贫困和社会相对贫困缓解中均发挥部分中介效应,遵循“宗族参与-社会支持-农户相对贫困缓解”作用机制,适度的合法合规的宗族参与为农户交流协作、互济互惠提供平台,有利于宗族内部农户获得社会支持,进而有助于缓解农户相对贫困。基于此,建议既要有效发挥宗族作为非正式组织的益贫效应,又要建立健全农村居民在乡村治理中的民主参与制度,促进民主发展,加强对宗族活动的引导与监管,营造良好宗族文化;积极组织开展群众喜闻乐见的农村文化活动,拓宽农户交流半径,促进宗族内外农户相互协作,推进互助减贫,走向共同富裕。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of peasant households in Henan Province,the paper incorporates the economic and social development dimension of “poverty” into the relative poverty indicator system,and uses a Logit model to analyze the impact of clan participation on the alleviation of the relative poverty of peasant households,and further explores its mechanism.The results show that clan participation can effectively alleviate the relative poverty of peasant households,and it can alleviate both economic and social relative poverty to different degrees,and the results pass the robustness test.The mechanism of “clan participationsocial support-alleviate the relative poverty” is followed,and moderate legal and compliant clan participation provides a platform for peasant households to communicate and collaborate,and helps peasant households within the clan to obtain social support,which in turn helps to relieve peasant households’ relative poverty.Based on this,the paper suggests that we should not only effectively exert the effect of clans as informal organizations to alleviate relative poverty,but also establish and improve the democratic participation system of rural residents in rural governance to promote democratic development;we should also strengthen the guidance and supervision of clan activities to create a good clan culture.At the same time,we should actively organize and carry out popular rural cultural activities to further widen the radius of peasant households’ communication,promote mutual collaboration among peasant households inside and outside the clan,so as to alleviate relative poverty and promote common prosperity.
