摘要
为研究OFDI对中国碳排放的影响,使用2004—2019年省际空间面板数据对此进行了实证检验。SDM模型检验发现,OFDI会增加碳排放,且存在空间直接效应和空间溢出效应。稳定性检验证实了该结论。GTWR模型检验发现,OFDI对碳排放的影响存在明显的时空异质性:在碳排放时间演化检验中发现,OFDI增加碳排放的效应随着时间推移而逐年减弱,2016年以后,至少75%的省份OFDI导致碳排放显著减少,并且这种减少效应呈逐年增强趋势;在碳排放空间分布检验中发现,OFDI导致碳排放减少的省份随时间推移而不断增加,绝大多数省份OFDI导致碳排放减少的效果随时间推移而显著提高。为此,从研究期内综合整体看,OFDI会增加碳排放,但从时间演化和空间分布看,OFDI显著有利于抑制中国碳排放。
Inter-provincial spatial panel data from 2004-2019 are used to empirically test the impact of OFDI on carbon emissions in China.The SDM model test found that OFDI increases carbon emissions and that there is a direct spatial effect and a spatial spillover effect.The stability test confirmed the findings.The GTWR model found that there is significant spatial and temporal heterogeneity in the impact of OFDI on carbon emissions:in the time evolution test of carbon emissions,it was found that the effect of OFDI on carbon emissions decreases over time,and after 2016,at least 75%of provinces with OFDI led to a significant reduction in carbon emissions,and this reduction effect tends to increase year by year;the test of the spatial distribution of carbon emissions found that the provinces where OFDI led to a reduction in carbon emissions continued to increase over time,and the effect of OFDI leading to a reduction in carbon emissions increased significantly over time in the vast majority of provinces.From a comprehensive overall view of the study period,OFDI increases carbon emissions,but from the perspective of time evolution and spatial distribution,OFDI significantly contributes to curbing carbon emissions in China.
