摘要
目的探讨输尿管气囊结石拦截器在微创经皮肾镜碎石取石手术(PCNL)中的应用价值。方法选择2019年11月—2020年11月于万载县人民医院行PCNL的50例肾结石患者,依照随机数字表法分成2组,各25例。对照组单独接受PCNL治疗,观察组加用输尿管气囊结石拦截器,对比2组结石清除率、临床指标以及术后并发症。结果观察组结石清除率为92.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间与住院时间分别为(1.35±0.41)h、(9.32±1.79)d,短于对照组的(2.54±0.63)h、(13.79±2.43)d;术中出血量为(122.35±14.54)mL,少于对照组的(198.79±21.46)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管气囊结石拦截器在PCNL中作用明显,能够促进结石清除,减少结石下移,避免更换体位置管,缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症。
Objective To explore the application value of ureteral balloon stone interceptor in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods Fifty patients with kidney stones who underwent PCNL in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received PCNL alone,and the observation group was added with a ureteral balloon stone blocker.The stone clearance rate,clinical indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The stone clearance rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 64.00% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were(1.35±0.41)h and(9.32±1.79),respectively d,shorter than the control group(2.54±0.63)h,(13.79±2.43)d;intraoperative blood loss was(122.35±14.54)ml,less than the control group(198.79±21.46)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ureteral balloon stone interceptor plays an obvious role in PCNL.It can effectively remove the stones in patients with kidney stones,reduce the movement of stones,avoid changing the body position tube,shorten the operation time,and help reduce postoperative complications.
