摘要
近年来,我国的农业生产模式实现了合理化转变,农业机械化生产全面替代了传统的人力生产模式,使生产效率和生产质量实现了明显提升。在农业机械化生产的促进下,我国农业机械技术实现了快速升级,农机装备的种类和功能也得到了极大丰富。柴油机作为农业生产的最主要动力机械,生产中用到的柴油机种类和技术先进性也明显改善,为农业机械化生产的顺利开展提供了重要保证。从农用柴油机的技术现状出发,介绍了现阶段农用柴油机特点与应用情况,总结了柴油机温度过高和排气异常的故障原因,说明了常见故障问题的处理与维修方法,强调了柴油机规范使用与维修的重要性。
In recent years,China's agricultural production mode has realized a rational transformation.Agricultural mechanized production has comprehensively replaced the traditional human production mode,and the production efficiency and production quality have been significantly improved.With the promotion of agricultural mechanization production,China's agricultural machinery technology has been upgraded rapidly,and the types and functions of agricultural machinery and equipment have been greatly enriched.As the most important power machinery in agricultural production,diesel engine is also used to improve diesel engine types and advanced technology.It provides an important guarantee for the smooth development of agricultural mechanization.Starting from the technical status of agricultural diesel engine,this paper introduces the characteristics and application of diesel engine used in agriculture at the present stage,summarizes the fault causes of excessive temperature and abnormal exhaust of diesel engine,explains the treatment and maintenance methods of common fault problems,and emphasizes the importance of standardized use and maintenance of diesel engine.
