商品山茶油中总多酚组分测定及抗氧化活性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究商品山茶油中多酚及抗氧化活性情况,采用固相萃取法提取和福林酚法测定两种商品山茶油中的总多酚,通过比较两种油中多酚的DPPH自由基清除力、羟自由基清除力和还原力的抗氧化活性,建立LC-MS/MS检测方法,并检测山茶油中23种多酚组分及含量。结果表明:每千克沈郎乡山茶籽油多酚含量为(8.60±0.06)mg,高于每千克金龙鱼油茶籽油含量(6.44±0.31)mg,均低于压榨毛油(26.07±0.47)mg。沈郎乡山茶油多酚抗氧化性略高于金龙鱼山茶油多酚,两者羟自由基清除力均高于维生素E(VE)。两种商品山茶油共检测出高藜芦酸、松脂酚、邻苯二甲酸、绿原酸、香草酸、酪醇等10种酚类化合物。 In order to study the polyphenols and antioxidant activities in commercial camellia oils,The content of polyphenols in two kinds of commercial camellia oils were extracted using solid phase extraction method and Folin-Ciocalteu method.Then the antioxidant activity of DPPH radical scavenging,hydroxyl radical scavenging and reducing power of polyphenol in the two kinds of oils were compared.A LC-MS/MS detection method was established for the determination of 23 phenolic compounds and their contents in camellia oils.The result shows that the contents of polyphenols in Shenlang mountain camellia seed oil is(8.60±0.06)mg/kg,which is higher than that of Golden Arowana camellia oil at(6.44±0.31)mg/kg,and lower than that of crude oil(26.07±0.47)mg/kg.The antioxidant activity of camellia oil polyphenols from Shenlang Township is slightly higher than that of camellia oil from golden arowana,and the hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of both of them is higher than that of vitamin E.A total of 10 phenolic compounds are detected in the two commercial camellia oils,including 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetic acid,pinoresinol,phthalic acid,chlorogenic acid,vanillic acid and tyrosol,etc.
