摘要
通过介绍“老年护理学”基于专业认证背景下教学改革的具体内容、教学实施过程及教学效果评价。其中,教学内容改革包括教学中的集体备课、理论教学中信息化技术手段的应用,实验教学中在服务性学习视角下开展老年护理实践,考核方法注重过程性评价与结果性评价并重;教学实施过程详细介绍了基于专业认证的“老年护理学”课前、课中和课后的教学实践,取得了较好效果,可为护理同仁提供实践参考,以共同促进老年护理学的发展,提高老年护理学人才培养质量。
This paper introduces the specific content,the teaching implementation process,and the teaching effect evaluation of the course of Geriatric Nursing in the context of professional certification.The teaching content reform includes collective lesson preparation in teaching,the application of information technology in theoretical teaching,the geriatric nursing practice carried out from the perspective of service learning in the experimental teaching,and the assessment method paying equal attention both to process evaluation and outcome evaluation;the teaching implementation process details the pre-class,in-class and after-class teaching practice of Geriatric Nursing based on professional certification,which has achieved good results and can provide practical reference for nursing colleagues,so as to jointly promote the development of geriatric nursing and improve the quality of geriatric nursing talent training.
