摘要
目的探讨超声内镜(endoscopic ultrasound,EUS)经胃穿刺应用肠内延伸型胆管支架引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿(pancreatic pseudocyst,PPC)的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年12月~2021年3月我科应用肠内延伸型胆管支架,在EUS引导下经胃穿刺引流治疗7例PPC。结果7例均成功引流,手术当天所有患者症状减轻,均未出现手术并发症。平均住院时间13.3 d(9~20 d)。7例平均随访9.1月(2~21个月),6例囊肿完全吸收,1例囊肿明显缩小(由12.0 cm×7.0 cm×7.3 cm明显缩小至3.0 cm×1.6 cm×1.3 cm),无复发。结论EUS引导下应用肠内延伸型胆管支架经胃引流治疗PPC安全、可行。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided internal drainage with enternal extended biliary stents for pancreatic pseudocyst(PPC).Methods Cinical data of 7 cases of PPC treated by EUS-guided internal drainage with enternal extended biliary stents through the stomach between December 2019 and March 2021 in our department were analyzed.Results Seven cases were drainaged successfully.The symptoms of all the patients were relieved with no complications.The mean hospital stay was 13.3 d(range,9-20 d).The 7 cases were followed up for a mean of 9.1 months(range,2-21 months).The cysts were completely absorbed in 6 cases(85.7%)and significantly reduced in 1 case(from 12.0 cm×7.0 cm×7.3 cm to 3.0 cm×1.6 cm×1.3 cm).No recurrence was found.Conclusion Pancreatic pseudocyst treated by EUS-guided internal drainage with enternal extended biliary stents is safe and feasible.
