摘要
介绍了几种环氧树脂(EP)的主要增韧方法,包括橡胶增韧法、热塑性树脂增韧法、纳米颗粒增韧法、核壳粒子增韧法、互穿网络增韧法、生物质增韧法以及超支化增韧法。简述了国内外近几年EP增韧改性的研究进展,对增韧后材料的力学性能、热学性能等进行了重点关注。最后对未来EP增韧的发展方向进行了展望,指出基于多领域不同应用需求,使用多种材料、多种方法协同增韧EP机理复杂,过程较难把控,是未来的研究重点。
Several main toughening methods of epoxy resin(EP)were introduced,including rubber toughening method,thermoplastic resin toughening method,nano-particle toughening method,core-shell particle toughening method,interpenetrating network toughening method,biomass toughening method toughening method and hyperbranching toughening method.The research progress of EP toughening modification at home and abroad in recent years was briefly described,and the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the toughened materials were focused on.Finally,the future development direction of EP toughening was prospected,and it was pointed out that based on different application requirements in multiple fields,the use of multiple materials and multiple methods to synergistically toughen EP had a complex mechanism,and the process was difficult to control,which should be the focus of future research.
