摘要
运用社会网络理论分析W教授主导的乡村振兴社会网络在不同阶段的特征与演化模式。详细解析W教授的成功经验,可以将志愿者专家主导下的社会网络变化总结为“启动—正轨—深化”三个阶段,三阶段共同网络核心“W教授、YG学生、YG乡振所、基层乡镇干部、BQ村委、BQ村民”,与若干阶段核心参与方共同实现“唤醒意识、激发信心”—“巩固模式、复制模式”—“挖掘内生动力、拓宽乡村市场”的三阶段乡村社会网络行为演进。所提炼的演化模式能够为更多有志于投身乡村振兴志愿服务的专家教授提供借鉴。
Using the theory of social network,this paper analyzes the characteristics and evolution patterns of Rural Revitalization social network led by Professor W in different stages.Through a detailed analysis of Professor W’s success,we can summarize the social network changes under the guidance of volunteer experts into three stages:start-up,right track and deepening.The core participants in all three stages worked together with the core participants in disparate stages,and realized the three-stage evolution of rural social network,that is,from“awakening consciousness and stimulating confidence”to“consolidating mode or copying mode”,then to“excavating endogenous power and broadening rural market”.The refined evolution model can provide reference for more experts and professors who are interested in volunteering for Rural Revitalization.
