体操器械支撑座感知判断的变形预测研究

摘要 为了提升轴承联接支撑座应力变形感知预测的灵敏度和精准度,间接地保证体操训练辅助器械的使用安全性,提出了体操训练辅助器械轴承联接支撑座应力变形感知预测模型。分析体操训练辅助器械轴承联接支撑座的几何结构,在该结构上应力变形感知点,并进行受力分析。结合受力分析结果,确定应力与支撑座变形的影响关系,综合支撑座的应力变形感知判断结果和变形量两个方面的预测结果,实现轴承联接支撑座应力变形感知预测。通过与传统预测方法的对比得出结论:优化设计的支撑座应力变形感知预测模型得出预测结果的精准度得到了明显提升,且模型的运行时间更短。 In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of stress and deformation perception prediction of bearing connection support and indirectly ensure the safety of gymnastics training auxiliary apparatus,a model of stress and deformation perception prediction of bearing connection support for gymnastics training auxiliary apparatus was put forward. It analyzes the geometric structure of the bearing connection support of gymnastics training auxiliary instrument,and analyzes the stress and deformation sensing points on the structure. Combined with the stress analysis results,the influence relationship between the stress and the deformation of the bearing seat is determined,and the prediction results of the two aspects of the stress deformation perception judgment result and the deformation quantity are integrated to realize the stress deformation perception prediction of the bearing connection support seat. By comparing with the traditional prediction methods,a conclusion is drawn:the accuracy of the prediction results obtained by the stress and deformation perception prediction model of the optimized design is significantly improved,and the running time of the model is shorter.
