摘要
配电网中发生单相接地短路故障的概率占总故障的70%左右,因此,有必要对单相接地短路故障引起的电压暂降进行定位。鉴于行波测距技术在输电线路中的成功应用,给电压暂降扰动源定位的方法提供了一个全新的思路,不仅可以判断出电压暂降扰动源发生在电能质量监测装置的上游或下游方向,还可以精确定位到发生线路故障的具体位置,这更加有利于解决供用电双方的经济纠纷,保障双方的利益。提出基于小波变换和行波测距的单相接地短路故障下的电压暂降源定位方法。当输电线路发生单相接地短路故障时,根据行波理论,故障点会向输电线路两端传播行波信号,借助输电线路测量端的监测装置检测到的暂态行波信号,可以实现对单相接地短路故障的测距,从而实现对单相接地短路故障下的电压暂降源位置准确定位。
The probability of single-phase grounding fault in distribution network accounts for about 70%of the total fault.Therefore,it is necessary to locate the voltage sag caused by single-phase grounding fault.In view of the successful application of traveling wave fault location technology in transmission lines,it provides a new idea for the method of voltage sag disturbance source location.It can not only judge whether the voltage sag disturbance source occurs in the upstream or downstream direction of the power quality monitoring device,but also accurately locate the specific location of the line fault,which is more conducive to solving the economic disputes between the power suppliers and consumers,and protecting the interests of both sides.In this paper,a voltage sag source location method based on wavelet transform and traveling wave fault location for single-phase grounding short-circuit fault is proposed.When the single-phase grounding short circuit fault occurs on the transmission line,according to the traveling wave theory,the fault point will spread the traveling wave signal to both ends of the transmission line.With the help of the transient traveling wave signal detected by the monitoring device at the measurement end of the transmission line,the location of the single-phase grounding short circuit fault can be realized,so as to accurately locate the location of the voltage sag source caused by the single-phase grounding short circuit fault.
