板式换热器在许多行业中有应用,特别是在化工、电力、石油等多个行业中,取得了不错应用效果,这主要是因为其具有良好传热性能。需要注意的是,板式换热器在长期应用期间,受不同因素影响,可能会出现污垢,这会降低板式换热器换热效率,压降增大,从而造成严重能源浪费问题,影响其应用。文章主要针对板式换热器换热片结构判断方法进行深入探究,希望文中内容对相关工作人员能够有所帮助。
Plate heat exchangers are used in many industries,especially in chemical,electric power,petroleum and other industries,and have achieved good application results,mainly because of their good heat transfer performance.It should be noted that during the long-term application of the plate heat exchanger,due to different factors,fouling may occur,which will reduce the heat exchange efficiency of the plate heat exchanger and increase the pressure drop,thereby causing serious energy waste and affecting its application..In the following,the method of judging the structure of the heat exchange fins of the plate heat exchanger is mainly explored in depth,and it is hoped that the content in the article can be helpful to the relevant staff.
