一起145 kV GIS断路器放电问题分析

摘要 气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(以下简称GIS)产品具备特有的优越性,在高电压系统得到大量应用。为了减少运行故障,保证电网可靠运行,国家电网公司和南方电网公司对组合电器出厂试验要求非常严格,需要先进行300次磨合操作后,再进行雷电冲击试验。文章主要针对一起145 kV GIS工程出厂试验在雷电冲击时出现的断路器断口放电问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。该案例对于同行具有参考意义。 Gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS)products have unique advantages and are widely used in high voltage systems.In order to reduce operation faults and ensure the reliable operation of the power grid,the State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Corporation of China have very strict requirements for the delivery test of composite appliances.It is necessary to conduct 300 running in operations before lightning impulse test.This paper mainly analyzes the problem of circuit breaker fracture discharge during lightning impulse in a factory test of 145 kV GIS project,and puts forward solutions.This case has reference significance for peers.
