摘要
江苏十分重视孵化载体建设工作,孵化载体的数量、质量在全国均位居前列。随着“双碳”目标的提出,孵化载体发展的宏观环境和任务目标也发生了相应的变化,研究“双碳”背景下如何推进江苏孵化载体高质量发展显得十分必要。文章简述了“双碳”背景及孵化载体发展方向,概述了江苏孵化载体发展现状,分析了江苏孵化载体存在的不足,最后结合“双碳”目标对孵化载体发展的要求,从孵化载体品牌化、专业化、国际化及实施提质增效行动4个方面指出了孵化载体高质量发展的路径。
Jiangsu attaches great importance to the construction of incubation carriers, and the number and quality of incubation carriers are among the top in China. With the proposal of “double carbon” goal, the macro environment and task goal of incubation carrier development have also changed accordingly. It is very necessary to study how to promote the high-quality development of incubation carrier in Jiangsu under the background of “double carbon”. This paper briefly describes the “double carbon” background and the development direction of incubation carrier, summarizes the development status of incubation carrier in Jiangsu, analyzes the shortcomings of incubation carrier in Jiangsu, and finally points out the path of high-quality development of incubation carrier from four aspects: incubation carrier branding, specialization, internationalization and implementation of quality and efficiency improvement.
