摘要
目的观察动机性访谈联合行为塑造技术(motivational interview and behavior shaping,MI-BS)在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1-9月笔者所在医院收治的2型糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,以摸球法将其分为对照组、观察组,各45例,对照组按2型糖尿病常规教育模式施教,观察组在此基础之上加用动机性访谈+行为塑造技术干预,比较2组干预后的健康管理行为依从度及血糖控制指标。结果干预后观察组健康管理行为依从度评分显著高于对照组(t=10.155,P<0.001),血糖控制指标显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论采用MI-BS可显示促进2型糖尿病的健康管理行为依从度,改善其血糖控制效果。
Objective To observe the application effect of motivational interview and behavior modeling technolagy(MI-BS integrated nursing technology)among patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninety type 2 diabetes patients treated in our hospital between January and September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 45.Both groups were given routine education,while the observation group was additionally provided with MI-BS integrated nursing technology.The compliance and blood glucose indexes were compared between the two group after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=10.155,P<0.001),and the control of blood glucose of the former group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The MI-BS integrated nursing technology can significantly promote the compliance and the effect of blood sugar control of patients with type 2 diabetes.
