摘要
坚持人民至上是一百年来中国共产党领导人民经过长期实践积累的宝贵历史经验,必须长期坚持,并在新时代中不断丰富和发展。习近平扶贫重要论述当中蕴含着深厚的人民至上理念,充分贯彻了马克思主义的人民观,是对马克思主义反贫困理论中的人民观的继承发展,是对中国共产党历届领导人扶贫论述中人民观的创新发展。其深厚意蕴主要表现在习近平扶贫重要论述人民至上理念的根本目的是发展为了人民,发展的主体力量是人民群众,价值取向是发展成果由人民共享。总结习近平扶贫重要论述中的人民至上理念,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家发展过程中,坚持以人民为中心发展思想,践行党的初心使命;提高贫困群众主体意识和脱贫能力,促进人的全面发展;加快贫困地区各方面发展,稳步实现全体人民共同富裕。
Adhering to the people first is a valuable historical experience accumulated through long-term practice led by the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years.It must be adhered to for a long time and continuously enriched and developed in the new era.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on poverty alleviation contains a profound concept of people first and fully implements the Marxist concept of the people,which is the inheritance and development of the concept of the people in the Marxist anti-poverty theory and the innovative development of the concept of the people in the discussion of poverty alleviation by the successive leaders of the Communist Party of China.Its profound implication is mainly reflected in Xi Jinping’s important discussion on poverty alleviation.The fundamental purpose of the people-oriented concept is development for the people,the main force of development is the people,and the value orientation is that the fruits of development are shared by the people.To sum up the people first concept in Xi Jinping’s important discussion on poverty alleviation,adhere to the people-centered development thought and fulfill the Party’s original mission in the process of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Improve the poor people’s sense of subject and ability to get rid of poverty,and promote all-round human development;We will accelerate the development of poor areas in all areas and steadily achieve common prosperity for all.
