摘要
为了提高故障指示器设备到货全检的检测效率、降低检测成本、简化测试难度,结合国家电网有限公司故障指示器设备检测大纲要求,提出故障指示器设备自动测试系统,对故障指示器设备的性能以及功能进行自动化检测。根据故障指示器录波功能测试规程及现有技术条件,提出了一种基于逐点计算DELTA的电力波形比对算法。将该算法实例化,转化为波形自动比对方案。在故障指示器设备自动测试系统与录波分析仪的配合下,实现了故障指示器设备波形的自动比对功能。方案实施结果表明,该方案较大地提高了测试效率,实现了重复性劳动自动化处理的基本需求。同时,自动生成比对结果报告,提高测试的电子化水平,提高了检测质量。
In order to improve the detection efficiency,reduce detection cost and simplify the testing difficulty of fault indicator equipment,this paper accords to the requirement of fault indicator equipment test outline of State Grid Co.,Ltd.,to propose the automatic test system of fault indicator equipment,which is used to perform automatic detection and function of fault indicator equipment.Then,according to the test rules of fault indicator recording function and existing technical conditions,the paper presents a power waveform alignment algorithm based on Delta-calculation point by point,with the algorithm instantiated and transformed into an automatic waveform comparison scheme.Finally,with the cooperation of automatic test system and wave recording analyzer,the function of automatic waveform comparison of fault indicator equipment is realized.The implementation results show that the scheme greatly improves the testing efficiency and achieves the basic requirements of automatic processing of repetitive labor,and at the same time,automatically generates report of comparison results,thus improving the electronic level of testing and the testing quality.
