添加抗菌肽和三丁酸甘油酯对绵羊瘤胃体外发酵的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨抗菌肽和三丁酸甘油酯对绵羊体外瘤胃发酵的影响,选用3只装有永久性瘘管的绵羊作为瘤胃液供体,采用体外发酵培养的方法测定其发酵参数。以基础日粮为发酵底物,设置A、B、C、D四组,分别为对照组,抗菌肽组(0.03%抗菌肽)、三丁酸甘油组(0.15%三丁酸甘油酯)和联合使用组(0.03%抗菌肽+0.15%三丁酸甘油酯),每组4个重复,培养6、12、24 h后,测定其pH、产气量、氨态氮(NH3-N)、干物质降解率和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)等发酵参数。结果表明:发酵24 h时,添加抗菌肽有降低氨态氮、增加产气量的趋势,干物质降解率较对照组提高2%(P﹤0.05),并且可以增加乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的浓度。添加三丁酸甘油酯有增加氨态氮和产气量的趋势,提高干物质降解率,并且增加乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和戊酸的浓度。两者都添加时,氨态氮浓度较对照组提高4%(P﹤0.05),干物质降解率较对照组降低5%(P﹤0.05),总挥发性脂肪酸、丙酸和丁酸浓度较对照组分别降低7%、6%和1%(P﹤0.05)。因此,在饲粮中添加抗菌肽和三丁酸甘油酯可以促进瘤胃发酵功能,但是同时添加不利于瘤胃发酵。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of antimicrobial peptides and tributyrin on sheep in vitro rumen fermentation.Three sheep equipped with permanent fistulas were selected as rumen fluid donors,and the fermentation parameters were determined by in vitro batch culture method.With the basal diet as the fermentation substrate,four groups A,B,C,and D were set as the control group,the antimicrobial peptide group(0.03%antimicrobial peptide),the tributyrin group(0.15%tributyrin)and combination group(0.03%antimicrobial peptide+0.15%tributyrin),4 replicates in each group,after 6,12,and 24 hours of culture,the pH,gas production,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),dry fermentation parameters such as substance degradation rate and volatile fatty acid(VFA)were determined.The results showed that the addition of antimicrobial peptides after 24 hours of fermentation has a tendency to reduce ammonia nitrogen and increase gas production.The dry matter degradation rate was increased by 2%compared with the control group(P﹤0.05),and the concentration of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid were increased.The addition of tributyrin has a tendency to increase ammonia nitrogen and gas production,increase the degradation rate of dry matter,and increase the concentration of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and valeric acid.When both were added,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was increased by 4%compared with the control group(P﹤0.05),and the degradation rate of dry matter was reduced by 5%(P﹤0.05)compared with the control group.The concentration of total volatile fatty acid,propionic acid and butyric acid was decreased by 7%,6%and 1%respectively(P﹤0.05).Therefore,adding antimicrobial peptides and tributyrin to the diet could promote the function of rumen fermentation,but adding at the same time was not conducive to rumen fermentation.
