羟基乙叉二膦酸抑制煤自燃特性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)对煤自燃阻化特性的影响,采用程序升温-气相色谱联用实验,对比分析原煤样和HEDP阻化煤样标志性气体的产生发展规律,HEDP阻化剂对实验煤样的阻化率;同时采用同步热分析装置分析实验煤样在煤自燃氧化过程中特征温度点和放热特性。程序升温实验表明:在煤自燃氧化过程中,HEDP阻化剂可降低CO气体的释放量,随着温度的升高,HEDP阻化剂对煤自燃的抑制作用逐渐增强;对于煤中过渡金属离子含量越多的煤种,HEDP阻化效果越明显,对肥煤(FM)阻化率最高为51.74%,对气煤(QM)的阻化率最低为16.74%。同步热分析实验表明:HEDP阻化剂可作用于煤自燃氧化全过程,在煤自燃氧化初期,HEDP阻化剂即可对煤自燃氧化反应产生抑制作用,能够显著地提高煤自燃氧化过程中的干裂温度、着火温度、最大热失重速率温度等,并降低煤自燃的最大热释放功率和总放热量。 In order to study the effect of hydroxyethylene diphosphonic acid(HEDP)on the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion,a temperature-programmed gas chromatography experiment was carried out to compare and analyze the production and development of the marker gases between raw coal sample and HEDP inhibited coal sample,and the inhibition rate of HEDP inhibitor on experimental coal samples.At the same time,the characteristic temperature points and heat release characteristics of experimental coal samples in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation were analyzed by synchronous thermal analysis device.The temperature-programmed gas chromatography experimental results show that,in the process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation,HEDP inhibitor can reduce the amount of CO gas release,and with the increase of temperature,the inhibitory effect of HEDP inhibitor on coal spontaneous combustion is gradually enhanced.For the coal with more transition metal ions in the coal,the HEDP inhibition effect is more obvious,and the inhibition rate of fat coal(FM)is up to 51.74%,while that of gas coal(QM)is down to 16.74%.The synchronous thermal analysis experimental results show that the HEDP inhibitor can act on the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation.In the early stage of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation,the HEDP inhibitor can inhibit coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation.HEDP inhibitors can significantly increase the drying and cracking temperature,ignition temperature,maximum thermal weight loss rate temperature,etc.,and reduce the maximum heat release power and total heat release in the process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation.
