摘要
随着风电、光伏等新能源发电大量并入,增大了火电厂的调峰调频压力,由于传统火电厂储能配置方式只考虑了火电厂单一侧的运行情况,经济效益没有最大化,为此提出了一种在以经济性最高为目标的配电网场景下的火电厂储能配置方法。经过潮流计算,确定支路潮流以及节点电压,并通过Fmincon函数的规划算法求出最佳储能配置节点及容量。以IEEE 33节点配电系统作为算例进行仿真分析,算例结果证明,在配电网情景下配置火电厂储能比单一侧配置更经济,更能有效地减少系统运行成本。
With the large-scale integration of wind power,photovoltaic,and other new energy power generation,the peak and frequency regulation pressure of thermal power plants has increased.Because the traditional thermal power plant energy storage configuration method only considers the operation status of one side of the thermal power plant,the economic benefits have not been maximized.This paper proposes a configuration method of thermal power plant energy storage in the distribution network scenario with the highest economy as the goal.Firstly,the branch power flow and node voltage are determined through power flow calculation.And then,Fmincon function planning algorithm is adopted to find the optimal energy storage configuration node and capacity.Finally,the IEEE 33 node power distribution system is used as an example for simulation analysis.The example results prove that it is more economical to configure thermal power plant energy storage in the distribution network scenario than a single-side configuration,and it can more effectively reduce operating costs of system.
