摘要
为研究淮河临淮岗工程坝体裂缝成因,对坝体土进行了物理化学组分试验分析、不同压力下的力学性质试验分析、水力学试验及不同掺灰比情况下的改性土试验。试验结果表明:在用于坝体填土的黏土矿物中,蒙脱石和蒙脱石-伊利石混层含量高,具弱膨胀性和收缩特性,是坝体裂缝发育的根本原因;培厚的弱膨胀土在掺4%与8%的石灰时,工程性质无明显区别;考虑施工拌和与工程安全等因素,推荐6%石灰掺量的膨胀土改性方案。研究成果可为坝体填筑工程中的膨胀土应用提供参考。
In order to study the causes of cracks in the dam body of Linhuaigang project in the Huaihe River,the physical and chemical composition test,mechanical properties test under different pressures,hydraulic tests and modified soil test under different gray-doped ratios were carried out.The test and analysis results showed that:the high content of montmorillonite and montmorillonite-Illite mixed layer in the clay minerals of the dam filling had the characteristics of weak expansion and shrinkage,which was the fundamental cause for the development of dam cracks.The engineering properties of weak expansive soil with 4%and 8%lime had no obvious difference.Consid⁃ering the factors of construction mixing and engineering safety,mixing 6%lime into expansive soil should be recom⁃mended for modified expansive soils.These research results could be a reference for application of expansive soils in dam filling.
