地下空间管廊内燃气管道稳态运行技术优化

摘要 燃气管网规模不断扩大,燃气管道中设备不断增加,导致管道能耗激增,威胁燃气管道稳态运行,针对此问题,设计地下空间管廊内燃气管道稳态运行技术优化方法。构建燃气管道稳定流动方程,计算管道内气体流动量,分析其运动特征。在特征分析结果基础上,设定技术优化目标函数。选用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对技术优化多目标优化函数进行求解,以此得到技术优化参数,完成优化过程。构建仿真实验环节,经实验证实,应用设计的地下空间管廊内燃气管道稳态运行技术优化方法后,管道运行稳定性为85.14%~86.71%,管道运行能耗波动性为5.08%~5.79%,燃气管道内部压强变小。优化后技术的使用效果明显优于其他技术,可有效控制管道能耗,保证管道运行稳定性,提高管道传输的安全性。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of the gas pipeline network and the increasing of the equipment in the gas pipeline, the energy consumption of the pipeline increases sharply, threatening the steady-state operation of the gas pipeline.The steady flow equation of gas pipeline is constructed, the gas flow in the pipeline is calculated, and its motion characteristics are analyzed.Based on the results of feature analysis, the objective function of technology optimization is set.NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization function of technical optimization, so as to obtain the technical optimization parameters and complete the optimization process.Through the simulation experiment, the results show that the stability of the pipeline is 85.14%~86.71%, the fluctuation of energy consumption is 5.08%~5.79%, and the internal pressure of the gas pipeline is reduced.The application effect of the optimized technology is obviously better than other technologies, which can effectively control the energy consumption of pipeline, ensure the stability of pipeline operation, and improve the safety of pipeline transmission.
