摘要
手工地毯是一种覆盖在地面上且手工编造而成的铺设物,从最早的兽皮发展成绒毛编织,逐步规范化、现代化。其手工编织工艺精湛,有70、90、150道手工编织方式,还包括手工挂毯,制作工序分为选料准备、清洗原料、编织毛毯、平整处理,最后清洗晾干后方可成毯。在装饰图案方面,通常根据地毯的大小与空间布局要求编织一种图案或多种图案,大多遵循“言必有意、意必吉祥”的创作理念,而图案类型有花鸟鱼虫、龙凤瑞兽、文人山水、八仙故事、神祈信仰等,层次分明、色彩丰富、造型华美。手工毛毯的制作工艺与装饰图案实现了实用价值与美学价值的统一,使手工毛毯在日常使用和艺术品位之间获得了平衡。
Handmade carpet is a kind of laying object covering the ground and fabricated by hand, which is developed from the earliest hide to wool weaving, gradually standardized and modernized. Its manual weaving making craft is exquisite, with 70, 90, 150 manual weaving ways, also includes manual tapestry, handmade process is divided into material preparation, cleaning raw materials, weaving blanket, leveling treatment, finally cleaning and drying can be formed into a carpet. In terms of decorative patterns, usually according to the size of the carpet and space layout requirements weave a pattern or a variety of patterns, the pattern will follow “words must be intentional, meaning will be auspicious” ideas,and pattern type also roughly includes flowers, birds, fish, insects, dragon, phoenix and beast, literati landscape, stories of eight immortals, god and faith and so on, pattern decorative style pattern of distinct layers, rich color, colorful shape. The production process and decorative pattern of the manual blanket realize the unity of practical value and aesthetic value,making the manual blanket gain a balance between daily use and artistic grade.
