大跨径悬索桥加劲梁加工制造与拼装技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 在公路运输条件受限的情况下,为科学地实现宽箱梁钢桥的制造和建设,文章以重庆长寿长江二桥为例,从加劲梁的制造拼装角度出发,详细总结了扁平钢箱梁在制造过程中的经验和成果。实践表明:加劲梁施工梁段的合理划分、拼装前的胎架制作与检测、总拼作业流程及总拼过程中停止点的设置对解决加劲梁制造过程中的重点和难点问题至关重要。加劲梁制造过程中采用的“正装法”组装与焊接技术和“4+1”模式预拼装技术,既能降低焊缝应力,确保加劲梁的拼装质量,又能有效地提高施工效率。研究可为国内外同类桥梁的加工制造提供参考。 Under the limited condition of limited highway transportation,to scientifically realize the manufacture and construction of wide box girder steel bridge,taking Chongqing Changshou Second Yangtze River Bridge as the example,this paper summarizes the experience and achievements in the manufacturing process of flat steel box girder from the perspective of manufacturing and assembling of stiffening girder.The practical results show that the reasonable division of the construction beam section of the stiffening beam,the production and inspection of the tire frame before assembly,the operation process of the final assembly and the setting of the stop point during the assembly process are very important to solve the key and difficult problems in the manufacturing process of the stiffened beam.The "formal assembly" assembly and welding technology and the "4+1" mode pre-assembly technology adopted in the manufacturing process of the stiffening beam can not only reduce the stress of the welding seam,ensure the assembly quality of the stiffening beam,but also effectively improve the construction efficiency.The research results can provide reference for the processing and manufacture of similar bridges in China.
