摘要
本文对“国和一号”示范工程设备质量监督管理予以规划,从营运单位和总包方的质量监督组织机构及关系、质量监督文件体系、监造监督分级管理、质量监督人员的培训与授权、设备质量监督管理实施(例如“三新”设备管控、大宗物项专项管控、第三方独立质量监督等)等方面进行了详细的阐述,总结了阶段性的实践成效,以指导后续的设备质量监督管理工作。
This paper maps out the equipment quality supervision and management of Guohe One(CAP1400)demonstration project,including the quality supervision organization and relationship of operators and the general contractor,quality supervision document system,supervision hierarchical management,quality supervision personnel training and authorization,implementation of equipment quality supervision and management(such as the management control of the three kinds of new equipment,special management and control of bulk materials,independent quality supervision of the third party.),and summarizes the practical effect of the stage,in order to guide the follow-up work of equipment quality supervision and management.
