摘要
为了研究PRTV涂料疏水性的高温耐受能力及涂覆PRTV涂料的环氧树脂(EPTL)与未涂覆PRTV涂料的环氧树脂(EP)热老化特性的差异,在80、100、120℃下对EPTL和EP进行热老化试验,并对两者的介电性能、内部微观形貌、热稳定性、疏水性进行对比分析。结果表明:不同温度的热老化试验后,相较于EP,EPTL的介电性能、热稳定性更加优异,内部微观结构更加完整,虽然老化后EPTL仍表现出较强的疏水特性,但接触角减小较快,说明PRTV涂料的疏水性受高温影响较大。
In order to study the high temperature resistance of hydrophobic properties of PRTV coating and the difference of thermal ageing characteristics between epoxy resin coated with PRTV coating(EPTL) and epoxy resin uncoated with PRTV coating(EP). The EPTL and EP were conducted thermal ageing tests at 80, 100, 120℃,and their dielectric properties, internal microstructure, thermal stability, and hydrophobic properties were compared and analyzed. The results show that after the thermal ageing tests under different temperature, the dielectric properties and thermal stability of EPTL are better than that of EP, and the internal microstructure is more complete. Although EPTL still shows strong hydrophobic properties after ageing, the contact angle decreases rapidly, which indicates that the hydrophobicity of PRTV coating is affected by high temperature greatly.
