基于实时数据分析的电脑横机断纱检测方法

摘要 针对常见的断纱、浮纱等异常编织故障,文中提出全新的解决方案。该方案基于电脑横机的控制器及传感器数据,通过异常编织检测程序对数据实时分析进行判断。该程序基于Labview、Matlab、C++编写,可以实时对横机当前的运行状态进行数据特征分析。当横机发生故障时,运行状态就会与先前正常运行时的数据特征产生差异,进而对异常编织状态进行判断。 This paper presents a new solution to the common abnormal weaving faults such as broken yarn and floating yarn.The method is based on the data of controller and sensor of the computer flat knitting machine,and the data is analyzed in real time by the abnormal weaving detection program.The program is written based on LabVIEW,MATLAB,C++,and can analyze the current running state of flat knitting machine in real time.When the flat knitting machine fails,the operation state will be different from the data characteristics of the previous normal operation,and then the abnormal weaving state will be judged.
