吸入型糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患儿外周血EOS、sICAM-1及NT-3的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Inhaled Corticosteroids on Peripheral Blood EOS,sICAM-1 and NT-3 in Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的探讨吸入型糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘(BA)患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和神经营养素-3(NT-3)的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月我院收治的120例BA患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用吸入型糖皮质激素治疗,连续用药30 d。对比两组的临床疗效,外周血EOS、sICAM-1、NT-3水平及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的EOS、sICAM-1、NT-3水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,观察组的EOS、sICAM-1、NT-3水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论吸入型糖皮质激素治疗BA患儿效果显著,能够降低外周血EOS、sICAM-1、NT-3水平,控制气道炎性反应,安全可靠。 Objective To explore the influence of inhaled corticosteroids on peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and neurotrophin-3(NT-3)in children with bronchial asthma.Methods 120 BA children admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,EOS,sICAM-1 and NT-3 levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the EOS,sICAM-1 and NT-3 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the EOS,sICAM-1 and NT-3 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of BA children has significant effect,can reduce the peripheral blood EOS,sICAM-1 and NT-3 levels,and control the airway inflammation,which is safe and reliable.
