摘要
首先,分析了美国军地司法体系及其信息系统发展历程,阐述了业务体系特点以及具有代表性的司法信息化系统与技术发展情况;然后,对美国军地司法信息化建设进行了综合分析,比较了军队和地方司法信息化建设的优缺点,并阐明了技术能力和业务需求紧密结合这一特征;最后,给出了美国军地司法体系及其信息化建设对我军司法建设的启示。
Firstly,the development of the American military and civilian judicial system and its information system is analyzed.The characteristics of the operational system,and the development of the representative judicial information system and technology are expounded.Then,the informatization construction of American military and civilian judicial is comprehensively analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the informatization construction in the military and civilian judicial field are com-pared.The common characteristic about closely combining the technical capability and business demand is also illustrated.Finally,the enlightenment of American military and civilian judicial system and its imformatization construction to our military judicial construction is given.
