摘要
当前,高等教育呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势,高校实施的科研项目和科研经费获得了大幅度增长。但是,受观念、体制、管理等多种因素的影响,在对科研经费进行管理时存在一些问题。为保证科研经费整体管理水平与使用效益,需积极转变管理理念,强化相关管理工作,以最大限度地发挥科研经费的作用与价值。
At present, higher education shows a booming trend, and the research projects and research funds implemented by colleges and universities have been increased significantly. However, there are some problems in the management of research funds due to various factors such as concept, system and management. In order to ensure the overall management level and efficiency of research funds, it is necessary to actively change the management concept and strengthen related management work to maximize the role and value of research funds.
