右归丸干预相关疾病的分子信号通路研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 右归丸具有调节免疫功能、骨代谢、神经系统等多方面作用,在临床上治疗膝骨关节炎、卵巢早衰、骨质疏松等疾病方面效果显著。信号通路是细胞信息传递及其功能发挥的基本途径,研究发现,右归丸对疾病的治疗作用也与其对信号通路的调控作用密切相关。本文梳理了近年来右归丸治疗相关疾病所涉及的分子通路,从核转录因子相关信号通路、WNT/β-Catenin经典信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路、雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路和转化生长因子-β信号通路对右归丸对疾病的调控作用做一综述,为右归丸的进一步临床推广应用和疗效机制研究提供参考。 Yougui pill has many functions of regulating immune function,bone metabolism,nervous system and so on,and has remarkable clinical effects on knee osteoarthritis,premature ovarian failure,osteoporosis and other diseases.Signal pathway is the basic way of cell information transmission and function.Previous studies have found that the therapeutic effect of Yougui Pill on diseases is also closely related to its regulation of signal pathway.This paper reviews the molecular pathways involved in the treatment of diseases with Yougui Pill in recent years.The regulation of Yougui Pill on disease was reviewed from the aspects of nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB)related signal pathway,WNT/β-catenin classic signal pathway,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signal pathway,target of rapamycin(mTOR)signal pathway and transforming growth factor-βsignal pathway.This study may provide references for further clinical applications and therapeutic mechanisms of Yougui pill.
