摘要
为适应电梯安全管理新形势,保障群众乘梯安全,设计开发了石家庄市电梯安全大数据综合管理平台,平台融合大数据、物联网、区块链等技术,通过细化角色划分,赋予监管部门、使用单位、维保单位不同权限,使其各司其职、各尽其责,实现多方信息数据融合汇聚,规范电梯设备安全管理相关业务行为,促进电梯安全主体责任落实,保证电梯安全管理有序进行。
In order to meet new conditions of the elevator security management and ensure the masses’safety,the integrated management platform for big data of elevator safety in Shijiazhuang City is designed and developed in this paper.Technologies such as big data,Internet of Things and block chain are integrated into the platform.By specifying the role division,regulatory authorities,user units and maintenance units are individually granted authorities,so that they can perform their own duties,which promotes the collection of information and data,the standardization of business behaviors related to the safety management for elevator equipments,the implementation of main responsibilities for elevator safety and the running of elevator safety managements.
