摘要
CO_(2)作为一种廉价丰富的可再生碳一资源,可以合成具有高附加值的化学品.该文以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)作为无金属、无卤素的有机催化剂,苯硅烷作为还原剂,在无溶剂、无助催化剂的条件下,催化CO_(2)与胺类化合物合成甲酰胺类化合物.以CO_(2)与N-甲基苯胺作为模板反应,筛选出最佳反应条件,高产率地得到N-甲基甲酰苯胺.在最佳反应条件下,DMEA也可以高效催化CO_(2)与其他胺类物质生成相应甲酰胺产物,表现出良好的底物适用性.最后,根据研究结果,提出了可能的反应机理.
As a cheap and abundant renewable carbon-resource,CO_(2) can synthesize chemicals with high added value.In this paper,N,N-dimethylethanolamine(DMEA)is used as a metal-free,halogen-free organic catalyst,and phenylsilane is used as a reducing agent to catalyze the synthesis of CO_(2) and amine compounds under the conditions of solvent-free and co-catalyst.The product is reacted with CO_(2) and N-methylaniline as a template,and the optimal reaction conditions are screened,and n-methylformylaniline could be obtained with a yield of 91%.Under the optimal reaction conditions,DMEA can also efficiently catalyze CO_(2) and other amines to form the corresponding formamide products,showing good substrate applicability.Finally,a possible reaction mechanism is proposed according to the research results.
