摘要
辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员工作对高校学生的成长与发展能起到重要的促进作用,所以至关重要。在当前自媒体时代,高校辅导员工作面临着新的挑战。文章分析自媒体时代高校辅导员工作面临的挑战,并尝试探索自媒体时代高校辅导员工作的优化策略,以提高辅导员工作的质量和效率,提升育人水平,将大学生培养成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
Counselors are the organizers,implementers and guides of college students'daily ideological and political education and management.The work of counselors can play an important role in promoting the growth and development of college students,so it is very important.In the current era of we media,the work of college counselors is facing new challenges.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by college counselors in the era of we media,and tries to explore the optimization strategies of college counselors in the era of we media,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of counselors'work,improve the level of education,and cultivate college students into a new generation of people responsible for national rejuvenation.
