快速凝固及轧制对Fe-Mn-Si系记忆合金耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘要 文中采用快速凝固、轧制工艺制作Fe-Mn-Si系记忆合金,并通过电化学腐蚀试验检测其耐腐蚀性能,结果显示:在HCl溶液中,与铸态Fe-Mn-Si系形状记忆合金相比,快速凝固材料具有更为优越的耐腐蚀性能,但在,在NaOH溶液中却相反。轧制状态的Fe-Mn-Si系形状记忆合金在NaOH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能好于HCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,且在每种腐蚀液中,高浓度下的耐腐蚀性均相对较低。 In this paper,Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy is prepared by rapid solidification and rolling process,and its corrosion resistance is tested by electrochemical corrosion test.The results show that the rapid solidification material has better corrosion resistance than the as Cast Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy in HCl solution,but it is the opposite in NaOH solution.The corrosion resistance of rolled Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy in NaOH solution is better than that in HCl solution,and the corrosion resistance at high concentration is relatively low in each corrosion solution.
